1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:

  • Account information: email address and/or GitHub ID, for identification and login.
  • Project data: the DDL text and project configuration you provide, for code generation.
  • IP address: for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Payment information: plan, amount, currency, and transaction references, to fulfil your access. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
  • Usage analytics: aggregated page and API usage events, processed by our analytics provider for service improvement and security.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to provide and operate the Service, generate code from your DDL, authenticate you, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, process payments, and improve the product.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary to provide the Service, with providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Analytics: an anonymized usage-analytics provider.
  • Email delivery: a transactional email service for verification, password reset, and the contact form.
  • Payments: our payment provider (Paddle) processes payments as the merchant of record.

These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention

Project data (DDL and configuration) is stored while your account is active and deleted on account deletion. Analytics data is retained for a limited period. Backups may retain data briefly for operational purposes.

5. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@zero-crud.net. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, and least-privilege access.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@zero-crud.net.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
