1. The Service

Zero-CRUD is a visual API builder and full-stack code generator. You submit a database schema (DDL), configure fields, permissions and generation options, and the Service produces backend and frontend code and deployment scripts from our templates. Generated code is saved to your local workspace and may be freely modified and run by you.

2. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or register an account (by email verification or GitHub sign-in). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. When you sign in with GitHub, you authorize us to access your GitHub profile information for authentication.

3. Free, Paid, and Credits

The Service uses a credit model rather than time-based subscriptions:

  • Bonus credits are granted through signup, monthly activity, and referral rewards. Paid credits are purchased by topping up.
  • A top-up at any tier permanently unlocks Pro advanced features (the “paid” status); balances are consumed as credits and never behave like a renewable subscription.
  • Recharge tiers (amount → paid credits): $5 → 500, $10 → 1,200, $30 → 4,500, $100 → 20,000. Credits are credited after our payment provider confirms the purchase.
  • Generating or iterating a project consumes credits from your balance; bonus credits are consumed before paid credits. Bonus credits are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Invites and Referral Rewards

You may invite new users through your personal invite link. When a brand-new user activates through your link, you and that user each receive 50 bonus credits; once the invited user completes their first top-up, you receive an additional 100 bonus credits. Rewards depend on genuine new-user activation; we may withhold or claw back rewards tied to abuse such as self-invitation, duplicate accounts, or automated registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service: attempting to disrupt it, circumvent limits, reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. Do not submit DDL containing secrets (passwords, connection strings, API keys) that you are not authorized to share.

6. Code Generation Disclaimer

Generated code is produced automatically from your DDL by template engines. Because database dialects and DDL syntax vary, output may contain omissions, errors, or incomplete implementations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before any production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero-CRUD assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of generated code.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the DDL and configuration you submit and of the code generated for you. Zero-CRUD retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, templates, and branding.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero-CRUD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, to comply with the law, or to prevent fraud or abuse. Paid-but-unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and may be announced on our website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zero-CRUD’s place of establishment. The English version is the authoritative version; non-English translations are provided for convenience only. For questions, contact us at support@zero-crud.net.
