Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20261. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zero-CRUD (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Code Generation Disclaimer
Zero-CRUD generates code automatically from user-submitted DDL via template engines. Due to the diversity of database dialects and DDL syntax, the generated code may contain omissions, errors, or incomplete implementations.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before any production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero-CRUD assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of generated code, including data loss, security vulnerabilities, or production failures.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service as a guest or register an account. When you register, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you sign in with GitHub, you authorize us to access your GitHub public profile information for authentication.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse engineering it beyond what is permitted, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content. Do not submit DDL containing secrets (passwords, connection strings, API keys) that you are not authorized to share.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Access plans are prepaid, time-based grants (weekly, monthly, or yearly) purchased through our payment provider. Payment information is processed by the payment provider; we store only what is required to fulfil your access.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. A refund is available only for the most recent order and may be reduced in proportion to any portion of the access period already used. To request a refund, contact us at support@zero-crud.net.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the code generated for you and of the DDL and configuration you submit. Zero-CRUD retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, templates, and branding.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is handled.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero-CRUD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated code.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zero-CRUD's place of establishment. For questions about these Terms or support, contact us at support@zero-crud.net.
